State law now provides for a public comment period at local government meetings. To speak at a
Bedford County Board of Commissioners meeting, or at a meeting of one of the
commission's committees , you must complete
this form and bring it to the meeting. Each speaker will have three minutes, and the chair will alternate between speakers who are in favor of and opposed to a particular agenda item.
