Fees:
- $107.50 (Regular fee)
- $45.00 (Discounted fee with 4 hours pre-marital counseling, notorized form required)
For pre-marital discount, applicants must provide the Certification of Completetion for Pre-marital Preparation Course.
Requirements:
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Both parties must be present
- Driver's license or state photo ID
- Social security number
License is good for 30 days anywhere in Tennessee
The County Clerk does not perform marriage ceremonies. Contact our office for a list of marriage officiants.
