Michelle Murray
A lifelong resident of Bedford County, Murray is a 1986 graduate of Shelbyville Central High School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science with a focus in Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University. Murray, is the daughter of Eddie and Connie Murray of Shelbyville and the sister of Cristin Murray Roark of Franklin, TN.
Murray has served Bedford County for over 22 years as the Administrative Clerk for the General Sessions and Juvenile Courts. She was recognized in 2009 with the Outstanding Juvenile Court Worker Award for the State of Tennessee.
In 2011, Murray was appointed as Director of the Bedford County Driving School. As Director, Murray was responsible for hiring employees and budgeting.
Murray is active in the Bedford County community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Middle Tennessee Spay and Neuter Clinic and an active member of the Relay for Life.
